Plastic Recycling Washing Line

Customized Plastic Washing Solution for HDPE / PP / PE Bottle

This plastic recycling washing line is designed for waste plastic cleaning and recycling. It can be used for plastic bottles, barrels, buckets, containers, trays, sheets and other rigid plastic materials.

The whole line can complete material feeding, crushing, washing, separating, dewatering, drying and collecting.
Machine configuration can be customized according to raw material condition, production capacity and final product requirements.

Our plastic recycling washing line is mainly used for cleaning waste plastic materials and producing clean plastic flakes.

It can effectively remove labels, dust, sand, oil, mud and other impurities from waste plastic materials.
After washing and drying, the clean flakes can be used for further recycling, pelletizing or selling.
