This High Efficiency Pe Pp Granulator Pelletizer Plastic Rigid Flakes Pelletizing Line is designed and manufactured by MOOGE TECH, which is widely used for waste plastic rigid material, such as HDPE, PP, PC, PS, ABS, etc.
The material go through transmission system, extrusion system, strand cooling system, pellet cutting system and collect system will turn to be clean perfect pellets for reuse.
You can choose double stage or single stage extruder according to the cleanliness of your material.
This plastic pelletizing machine can be displayed "L" or "U" shape according to clients' workshop.

Feeding Unit
Screw loader to loading the rigid pe pp flakes into the dosing feeder.
Dosing feeder then feed quantitive flakes into the main extruder, the feeding speed is adjust by inverter, inverter brand is ABB.
Both the screw loader and dosing feeder is made by stainless steel.

Main Screw Extruder
The main screw extruder will melt the plastic into liquid state with high temperature.
Extruder made by sturdy frame, heavy. No vibrating when the machine is running
The whole frame where installed the gearbox, motor and screw has done the milling working.

Hydraulic Screen Changer
Material is going through this machine to filter out the dirty.
Board made by 38CrMnAl with forging and heating treatment that won’t deform after heating up.
With hydraulic station one set, with the magnetic drive valve to control the working.
 

Water Cooling Tank
Cooling down the temperature of plastic straps
Water tank is made by stainless steel, with valves control the water level
Better use the water chiller to cooling the water for recycling use

Plastic Pelletizer Machine
With the fixed blade, rubber roller, rotary blades complete one set, cutting speed is adjust
